Sponsors / Exhibitors

The HBCU-UP National Research Conference is a perfect venue for representatives from universities, corporations, and federal agencies to promote undergraduate and faculty research, as well as fellowship and internship opportunities. Sponsors of the conference may choose various levels of sponsorship which can include exhibition space, web advertising, and advertising in the conference program book. Exhibitors are invited to display promotional and recruitment materials in the Exhibits Hall. Both Sponsors and Exhibitors are provided full access to all conference keynote plenaries, seminars, meal events, and awards programs.

Exhibitor fees include one full-passport to the conference (for one representative of the organization; there is an extra fee for additional representatives).

Sponsor contributions vary, depending upon the type of support. Sponsors do not need to attend the conference, although they are welcome to do so.
